Over the next few months I will be making changes to the site, adding new images and setting up new galleries to reflect the changes in my work over the past 18 months or so.

The exhibition runs from Saturday 21st February to Saturday 28th March 2009 at The Brewhouse Arts Centre, Union Street, Burton on Trent, Staffordshire, DE14 1EB
Official Opening Event at The Brewhouse on Friday 27th February 2009 at 7 pm.
This exhibition will be my first for five years, showing a new collection of photographs inspired by the natural world and the British rural landscape.
Far from planning every photographic trip, most of my successes are born from fleeting moments while out walking or visiting new places. These are moments when the unfamiliar can be found in the familiar; finding reflections, experimenting with depth of field and depth of focus, looking to both the ground and the sky for subjects that we would ordinarily ignore. Yet, coupled with these captured moments are a collection of images more suited to the traditional wildlife photography genre, where planning and patience greatly improve one’s chances of success.

It dawned on me recently that I am a little behind in updating the site, so I am in the process of uploading a broad selection of images from my collection that have not been seen before.
